About the project

Washrocks was born in 2014 in Barcelona with the aim of providing home laundry and dry cleaning delivering services, being the Spain pioneers in offering this service through an App. We redesigned the checkout flow to solve some problems and to improve the user experience.

Challenge

The goal was to improve the conversion rate by redesigning substantial flows and eliminating any error or no intuitive action and also to create a digital user-centered experience by giving the user the decision control.

Pain points

  •  It forced many clicks from the user

  • It wasn’t clear how many steps there were

  • It was impossible to edit the added items in the checkout flow

Solution

We reorganized all information and made the decision to simplify the steps keeping the focus on the payment action. The result avoids users’ frustration and makes the payment process easier.
